Do I need a GP referral to access Physiotherapy?
No, you do not need a referral to attend Physiotherapy.
If you have been to a GP or Specialist please bring your referral letter and any recent MRI or X-ray reports.
Am I covered for Physiotherapy and Clinical Pilates under Health Insurance?
As Chartered Physiotherapists, we are covered by all the major health insurers.
The amount you can claim back depends on your level of insurance. Please contact your insurance company directly for information on your insurance coverage.
What should I wear to a Physiotherapy and Pilates session?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows ease of movement and access to the injured area for assessment and treatment.
How long is a Physiotherapy session?
All assessments, follow ups, massages and clinical Pilates sessions are 45 minutes long
Is there parking available?
There is no onsite parking available. On street parking is available a few minutes walk away in the surrounding area such as Fitzwilliam Place, Hatch Street Lower etc.
Wheelchair accessible?
Unfortunately, the clinic is not wheelchair accessible as it is located on the lower ground floor accessed via stairs from Leeson Street Lower.
Can I attend the Pilates classes?
There are 2 options for the group classes:
1) Grow Mat: Mat based Pilates with small props and light weights.
2) Grow Strength: A combination of mat Pilates and functional strength training exercises, using heavier weights.
Both classes are suitable for the general population.
